By accessing the website at www.NovelOfficeWorks.com, or any of Novel Office Works published social media pages and/or affiliated sites, promotional/marketing/sales items, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Novel Office Works' or social media website pages(s) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

   • modify or copy the materials;

   • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); unless explicitly granted in separate individual agreement;

   • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Novel Office Works' website;

   • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

   • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Novel Office Works at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Limitations

Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These Novel Office Works Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are applicable in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to the Novel Office Works.com website.

Nonreturnable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Novel Office Works plastic Gift Cards and eGift Cards ("Novel Office Works Gift Cards") are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of Novel Office Works Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.

Liability. The balance on any Gift Card is solely the liability of Novel Office Works, Erath, LA.

Not for promotional use. Novel Office Works Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts). If you are ordering more than 500 cards, please email Info@NovelOfficeWorks.com and we will contact you by the next business day, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (CT).

No affiliation with Novel Office Works.  Use of Novel Office Works's name or logo (including any image/likeness of the cards) in connection with the purchase or use of Novel Office Works Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.  Furthermore, the use of Novel Office Works Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Novel Office Works is prohibited.

Compliance with laws.  By purchasing Novel Office Works Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to Novel Office Works that the activities in connection with which the Novel Office Works Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Novel Office Works Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Novel Office Works. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Novel Office Works against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Novel Office Works Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.  Novel Office Works shall not have liability to you for (i) lost or stolen Novel Office Works Gift Cards or (ii) use of any Novel Office Works Gift Cards by third parties through your Novel Office Works.com account.  You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your Novel Office Works.com account safe and for any activity conducted under your account. 

Saving Novel Office Works Gift Card Information. Only five Novel Office Works Gift Cards (plastic and/or eGift Cards) can be saved to your account at any given time.  Novel Office Works Gift Cards you have NOT saved may be used, but you will be required to enter the Novel Office Works Gift Card number and gift card code at the time of purchase.

No Consolidation for New Novel Office Works Gift Card.  You may not consolidate or combine multiple Novel Office Works Gift Cards to purchase a new Novel Office Works Gift Card.  Novel Office Works.com does not consolidate or combine multiple gift cards into one gift card per customer requests.

Saving Novel Office Works Gift Card Information Does Not Redeem Card.  Saving Novel Office Works Gift Card information to your account does not redeem the value of the Novel Office Works Gift Card.  Saving the information makes the Novel Office Works Gift Card available for selection without entering the Novel Office Works Gift Card number and code at the time of a purchase.  It also allows you to more quickly check the available balance on the Novel Office Works Gift Card.

Saving Novel Office Works Gift Card Information Does Not Limit Card to Use Online.  Saving a Novel Office Works plastic Gift Card to your Novel Office Works.com online account does not limit you to using the Novel Office Works Gift Card online.  You can use Novel Office Works and  eGift cards in-person or online.

Novel Office Works Gift Card Balance is an Estimate.  The balance you see when viewing Novel Office Works Gift Card balances online is an estimate only.  In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase online or in stores, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.  You can also view the Novel Office Works Gift Card's transaction history to see if all the transactions for the Novel Office Works Gift Card are listed.

Novel Office Works Gift Cards Expire five (5) years from the original purchase date.  

A $1.00 service fee is charged in connection with these gift cards.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
